Home Submit a proposed addition to this database If you would like suggest one or more proteins of experimentally verified subcellular localization for incorporation into ePSORTdb, please, complete the following submission form, including the information requested below. Alternatively, send an email with the necessary information to psort-mail@sfu.ca. Your submission is subject to manual review before it is incorporated into the dataset. Please, provide us the following information regarding your submission: Protein name Accession number (mandatory so that we can upload its sequence) Database source GI of NCBI (if available) Gene name Experimental SCL (if possible, use our terminology) Literature references (PubMed identifier or Textbook reference, as complete as possible)
