Submit a Protein

If you'd like suggest one or more proteins of experimentally verified subcellular localization for incorporation into ePSORTdb, please send an email with the necessary information to psort-mail@sfu.ca. Your submission is subject to manual review before it is incorporated into the dataset.

Please provide the following information with your submission:

• Protein name

• Accession number (mandatory so that we can upload its sequence)

• Database source

• Organism/Genome/Replicon

• Gene name

• Experimental SCL (if possible, use our terminology)

• Literature references (PubMed identifier or Textbook reference)
